Relay part numbers with an A, B, or W or any other letter code prefix to the relay series number, may cause an invalid search response. They are not necessary when ordering relays even though they may appear in some part numbers. They are there because of historical usage on customers drawings but have no bearing on the relay differences or quality.
- VAC, AC and A are common abbreviations for voltage in an Alternating Current (AC) circuit.
- VDC, DC and D are common abbreviations for the voltage in a Direct Current (DC) circuit.
- mA DC is a common abbreviation for the current sensitive relays in Milliamps DC.
- mA AC is a common abbreviation for the current sensitive relays in Milliamps AC.
